This is an email to HR documenting my formal complaint regarding my 2 interactions with Marcha Mohamed during her 2 "coaching" calls.

In my 36 years of professional work with various large and small companies: Telecrdit, Equifax, Banker's Insurance, Heritage Medcall, IKON, Cardinal Solutions, E-Solutions, Certegy, Network Infoserv, Comerica Bank, CGS, and etc. I have never, ever worked with anyone as unprofessional, aggressive, narcissistic as Marcha Mohamed.

I am a professional in all my jobs and will do my best to perform my job duties to the best of my abilities and work with my team to help when I can.

My first interaction with Marsha was on 5/11/23 @ 3:06PM on that day I was training Adeboye after Keith West left at 2:30pm. Marcha sent me a Teams message as follows:

"Jia- due to slow call volume please clock out".

I explained I was training Adeboye.

She replied "... do apolotize but this is non negotiable- today we are experience a slower than usual day so please clock out".

I told here this is unacceptable and will confirm with Marvin. I told her if Marvin tells me to leave I will because Marvin was the one who wanted me to train Adeboye after Keith left.

Marvin confirmed that Marcha did not know I was training and I could stay.

The fact here is that she was very aggressive and unprofessional here because she did not ask for VTO time from team first before trying to force me to leave. She did not consider my current situation which is I just recently moved from Tampa, Florida to Batesville AR and had used up all my PTO time to move here and could not afford to not work full time. She didn't care at all. Also, she didn't check with Marvin about who was training Adeboye that day.

The last interaction was her "coaching" call on 5/17/23 at 10:22am. On this call she told me I was not linking to kbase on my tickets. She was very aggressive on this call also and said she told me already about linking to kbase tickets on a previous call. I do not recall the date of that call but can confirm it happened and on that call she told me I had to link to asset and kbase on each call and the call was for a FAST androd phone and we do not link to assets on FAST phones. When I asked her to show me the kbase that says we have to link to FAST phone for asset she said she will check with Marvin and Richard and get back to me next Monday and she did not get back to be because she was wrong and we do not link to FAST phone. I told her she was wrong on that call and she would not let me speak and share my experience with her it was a one way call with her forcing her "coaching" to me right or wrong. On this call she said I was not linking to kbase again after she "coached" me about linking to kbase on every call. I explained to her we were not trained to link to all kbase if we didn't need to and that once we knew we had to we linked to kbase going forward from same issue. I then tried to share a recent ticket from 5/15/23 which was current and relevant to "defend" myself to show her that I am a professional that follow the rules when I know I had to link to a kbase for a ticket. I was showing her proof that I do follow the rules if I know I am supposed to to so. I tried to give her ticket number # 2119114 which was a Zebra ZD421 Label Printer New Configuration call which required linking to 4 kbases to complete the call properly. She would not let me talk. It was a one way conversation with her "coaching" me aggressively telling me that old ticket does not matter and is not relevant on this "coaching" call. I said "let me know when you are done so I can speak" and she would not let me speak. I finally got fed up and raised my voice to thell her I am not talking to her anymore until Marvin is on the phone. She then called Marvin while he was on vacation in Atlanta and we all spoke for over 30 minutes until I can "defend" myself on what transpired.

I have never worked with anyone so unprofessional before and so aggressive and narcissistic before. I do not get paid enough to put up with this type of behavior. I am currently paid $13/hour. My previous Level 1 Help Desk job paid $20/hour. Before that job I was a Open Sourced Front End Developer with an annual salary of $90,000 per year.

I enjoy working for CBS remotely with Marvin and the team but will consider other employment if I'm forced to work with Marcha Mohamed in a hostile environment for $13/hour. It is not worth it if I don't enjoy my work and feel like the company is backing a person who does not give a crap about me and my family.

I appreciate Marvin and how he has supported me and my family being there for us when we needed him for EPTO and etc.

I hope my current hostile work environment with Marcha Mohamed is correct sooner than later.

I want to be able to be in a 2 way conversation with her on her "coaching" calls and have the right to agree to disagree insteand of listenting to her one way aggressive "coaching" rant.
