Langouste à la Vanille [0000662] Ingredients: 2 lobsters, cleaned and halved (gluten-free) 2 tablespoons olive oil (gluten-free) 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped 1 onion, finely chopped 2 tomatoes, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Gluten-free rice (for serving) Steps: In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened. Add diced tomatoes, vanilla bean seeds, salt, and pepper. Cook until tomatoes break down. Place lobster halves in the pan, coating them with the tomato and vanilla mixture. Cover and cook until the lobster is fully cooked. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve over gluten-free rice.
