In a blender, puree half of the corn kernels with milk until smooth. In a pan, cook ground beef and chopped onions until browned. Add the remaining corn kernels, sliced hard-boiled eggs, black olives, and raisins to the beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper. In a separate pot, melt butter and mix it with the corn puree. In an ovenproof dish, layer the beef mixture at the bottom. Pour the corn puree over the beef layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
