Ema Datshi [0000614] Ingredients: 2 cups diced fresh green chili peppers 1 cup diced tomatoes 1 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 cup chopped onions 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup water 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Salt to taste Chopped cilantro for garnish Steps: Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown. Add garlic and diced tomatoes, cook until tomatoes are soft. Stir in green chili peppers and cook until they are tender. Pour in water and simmer for 10 minutes. Add crumbled feta cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt to taste. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
