Conch Salad [0000590] Ingredients: 1 lb fresh conch, cleaned and diced 1 cup diced tomatoes 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (assorted colors) 1/2 cup diced onions 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1/4 cup lime juice 1/4 cup orange juice Salt and pepper to taste Hot sauce (optional for extra heat) Steps: In a bowl, combine diced conch, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and cilantro.
