Kabuli Pulao [0000561] Ingredients: 2 cups gluten-free basmati rice, soaked 1 lb gluten-free lamb or chicken, cut into pieces 1 large gluten-free onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cup gluten-free vegetable oil 1/2 cup chopped gluten-free carrots 1/2 cup gluten-free raisins 1/2 cup gluten-free slivered almonds 1 teaspoon gluten-free cumin seeds Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: In a gluten-free pot, sauté sliced onions in gluten-free vegetable oil until golden brown. Add gluten-free meat and cumin seeds, cooking until browned. Add gluten-free carrots, raisins, and almonds. Stir well. Add soaked gluten-free rice and cook for a few minutes.
