In a bowl, combine chopped nuts, sugar, and ground cinnamon. Brush a baking dish with melted butter and layer a sheet of gluten-free phyllo dough. Brush with more butter and repeat until half the sheets are used. Spread the nut mixture evenly over the phyllo layers. Layer the remaining phyllo sheets, brushing each layer with melted butter.
