Drain and set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or deep pan for frying. Carefully place the cooked rice vermicelli in the hot oil, shaping it into a nest. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same wok, stir-fry shrimp, squid rings, scallops, broccoli, and bell peppers until seafood is cooked and vegetables are tender-crisp.
