Osso Buco [0000289] Ingredients: 4 veal shanks, about 1.5 inches thick Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp gluten-free all-purpose flour 2 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, finely chopped 2 carrots, diced 2 celery stalks, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup gluten-free beef broth Steps: Season veal shanks with salt and pepper, then dredge in gluten-free flour. Heat olive oil in a pan and brown veal on all sides. In a separate pot, sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened. Place veal shanks on top of the vegetable mixture.
