Taro Sago [0000225] Ingredients: 1 cup taro, peeled and diced 1/2 cup small tapioca pearls (sago) 4 cups water 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 pandan leaf (optional, for flavor) Crushed ice for serving Tapioca pearls or coconut cubes for garnish (optional) Steps: Boil water in a pot. Add taro and tapioca pearls, cooking until taro is tender and pearls are translucent. In a separate pot, simmer coconut milk, sugar, salt, and pandan leaf over low heat until sugar dissolves.
