Red Braised Beef [0000202] Ingredients: 1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks 2 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce 1 tbsp gluten-free oyster sauce 1 tbsp gluten-free hoisin sauce 1 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 cups beef broth 4 slices ginger 3 green onions, chopped (for garnish) Steps: In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef chunks and brown on all sides. Mix gluten-free soy sauce, gluten-free oyster sauce, gluten-free hoisin sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl. Pour the sauce mixture over the browned beef, stirring to coat evenly. Add beef broth and ginger slices to the pot.
