Sindhi Biryani [0000031] Ingredients: 1 kg gluten-free chicken, cut into pieces 1 cup gluten-free yogurt 1 tablespoon gluten-free ginger paste 1 tablespoon gluten-free garlic paste 1 teaspoon gluten-free red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free turmeric powder Salt to taste 2 cups gluten-free basmati rice, soaked for 30 minutes 1/2 cup gluten-free cooking oil 4 gluten-free onions, thinly sliced 4 gluten-free tomatoes, chopped 4 gluten-free green chilies, chopped 1/2 cup chopped gluten-free mint leaves 1/2 cup chopped gluten-free cilantro (coriander leaves) 1/2 teaspoon saffron strands soaked in 2 tablespoons warm gluten-free milk Ghee for garnish (optional) Steps: Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix together gluten-free chicken pieces, gluten-free yogurt, gluten-free ginger paste, gluten-free garlic paste, gluten-free red chili powder, gluten-free turmeric powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Cook the Rice: Boil the soaked gluten-free basmati rice with salt until it's 70% cooked. Drain the water and set aside.
