white belt lesson 002 - create a new neocities.org account and log in (15 min or less)

01. from chrome browser go to https://neocities.org
02. create a new account with your email 
03. pick an available name for your web site on neocities - keep it short your new website url for preview will be ???.neocities.org (for example my site name is jiawp for jia web page and my url is jiawp.neocities.org)  
04. after signing up log into your new neocities account
05. click on the red edit site button on top right 
06. next click on the red upload button on top right and select the file from lessone 001 "text.txt" from your c: "textjia" folder and click on the open button on the bottom right

congratulations - you completed lesson 002 - you now have a locker to store your jiafu uniform for web development
