Beef & Scallop Stir-Fry [0000768] Ingredients: 1/2 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced 1/2 lb scallops 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce or tamari 1 tablespoon honey 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon ginger, grated 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup sliced bell peppers (assorted colors) Vegetable oil for stir-frying Instructions: In a small bowl, whisk together the gluten-free soy sauce or tamari, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set this sauce aside. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of vegetable oil and swirl it around to coat the pan. Add the sliced beef to the hot skillet and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until it is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
