Four Seasons [0000771] Ingredients: 1/2 lb boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced 1/2 lb broccoli florets 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce or tamari 1 tablespoon honey 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon ginger, grated 1 cup sliced bell peppers (assorted colors) Instructions: In a small bowl, whisk together the gluten-free soy sauce or tamari, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set this sauce aside. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil and swirl it around to coat the pan. Add the sliced chicken, shrimp, and beef to the hot skillet and cook until they are cooked through and no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the cooked meat and seafood from the skillet and set them aside. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, and then add the broccoli and sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Return the cooked meat and seafood to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the sauce you set aside earlier over the meat, seafood, and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and everything is heated through.
