Gluten-Free JOC Mushroom and Beef Stir-Fry Ingredients: 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced 1 red bell pepper, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce 1 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) Directions: In a bowl, combine the beef slices with gluten-free soy sauce and honey. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for a few minutes until it's browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside. In the same pan, add the sliced mushrooms, red bell pepper, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until the vegetables are tender. Return the cooked beef to the pan with the vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, if using. Stir-fry for another minute or two. Serve hot over rice or noodles, if desired.
