Gluten-Free JOC Appetizer: Phyllo Triangles Ingredients: 8 sheets gluten-free phyllo dough (store-bought or homemade) 1/2 cup gluten-free feta cheese, crumbled 1/2 cup gluten-free ricotta cheese 1/4 cup gluten-free fresh spinach, finely chopped 1/4 cup gluten-free fresh dill, chopped 1/4 cup gluten-free green onions, finely chopped 2 tablespoons gluten-free butter, melted Salt and black pepper to taste Gluten-free cooking spray (for greasing) Instructions: Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended for the gluten-free phyllo dough or according to your homemade pastry recipe. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled gluten-free feta cheese, gluten-free ricotta cheese, finely chopped gluten-free fresh spinach, chopped gluten-free fresh dill, finely chopped gluten-free green onions, salt, and black pepper.
