Funeral Potatoes [0001054] Ingredients: 1 package (24 oz) frozen shredded hash browns (gluten-free) 2 cups sour cream 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (gluten-free) 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 can (10.75 oz) gluten-free cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cups gluten-free cornflakes, crushed Salt and black pepper to taste Chopped fresh chives for garnish (optional) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen shredded hash browns, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, melted unsalted butter, gluten-free cream of chicken soup, and chopped onion.
