Beef Stir-Fry with Vegetables: Ingredients: 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon cornstarch 2 cups mixed stir-fry vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, etc.) 1 teaspoon minced garlic Salt and pepper, to taste Sliced green onions, for garnish Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, and cornstarch. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
